Fishel Frid

Enersoft was created from years of seeing exactly what an ESCO needs — from the inside out.

With firsthand knowledge and more than 10 years' experience across every aspect of the ESCO business — financial, regulatory, EDI, marketing campaigns, broker management and more — Fishel founded Enersoft as a powerful ESCO software solution for any business that wants to play in the deregulated arena without spending an arm and a leg to design, build and maintain its own custom software.

Before his ESCO work, Fishel spent years as a software entrepreneur and as a developer, designer, architect and manager across retail, pharmaceutical and telecommunications. As former SVP of Technology for IDT Energy, he architected and designed their energy-systems software platform from the ground up.

Today he is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable leaders in the ESCO industry and is a sought-after consultant for new ESCO startups. Beyond overseeing day-to-day operations, he helps clients with customizations and drives future upgrades and releases. Fishel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Metropolitan University in Mexico City.

Solomon Smith
Director of Software Development

Solomon leads all software development at Enersoft. His focus is making sure the software continuously exceeds expectations and delivers the best possible end-user experience.

He is fanatical about codebase stability and passionate about delivering a product that meets the highest levels of quality.

Solomon brings years of experience building cutting-edge platforms. His deep understanding of technology lets Enersoft use the best tools and techniques in the industry, giving the product a strong present and a bright future.

Shoshana Michel
EDI Process & Development Manager

Shoshana brings deep EDI experience spanning design, documentation, mapping and troubleshooting across utilities, energy and other transaction-intensive industries.

At Enersoft she manages the EDI processes at the heart of the platform — the provisioning, testing and day-to-day transaction flow that keep every client exchanging cleanly with their utilities.

Nikki Mandel
VP, Technology & QA

Nikki is a dynamic technician with experience across many areas of information technology.

She has led numerous critical projects within Enersoft and is always making sure the products run smoothly and efficiently.

She dedicates significant effort to the graphic design and refinement of our systems, and to assuring that the quality of every Enersoft product is impeccable and meets the highest standards in the industry.

Keith Frid
Director of Sales & Business Development

Keith leads Enersoft's sales and business development, bringing operating experience from the enterprise cloud technology sector, where he was COO and co-founder of a high-tech startup in enterprise cloud networking.

His focus is long-term customer success — and establishing Enersoft as the leading software provider for ESCOs and a trusted source of industry expertise.
